Formed in Tokyo in 1997, from the ashes of Atomic Fireball and Death Follows Me, Nine Days Wonder has been carrying the indie rock torch in Japan for a while now, and they are ready to take on the United States again, after 2000’s The Scenery is in Disguise There, with their second full-length album, With Euphoria. With Euphoria has NDW expanding on the lush, melodic hardcore of their previous material, delivering on the promise of their 2001 split EP with No Knife, who they have often been compared to.
