Kinovia
was formed nearing end of 1999 in Jagodina, by Nikola Urošević, Nikola Ilić and Dilaver Čaušević. Soon Miloš and Bojan joined. After Dilaver’s departure, аnd Igor Zdravković joining the band , first long term line-up was created.
Early explorations had been recorded as following projects: Chants Of Boril, Lanarc and kNOT MYSELF, which is still active.
In year 2002 a change in band’s musical expression has occured, and Ana & Ljilja joined band. Concerts are played without percussionist due to his army duties. Early works were released as «Basilico» cd.
People who also joined the band at some points : Sonja Stikić (cello), Djordje Radić (cello), Ana Mladenović (flute), Vladimir Marković (cello) and Elizabeta Varga (cello).
