Alter Der Ruine was created in 2005 in Tucson, Arizona by Mike Jenney . The band began as a noise project aimed at creating harsh rhythms and beats geared towards the dance floor. Their debut album “The Ruine Process” was self released and gained a lot of attention and support from many facets of the industrial music scene.
